an Individual Sponsorship program

IamMore® creates individual experiences specific to each child’s passion and personality, empowering their identities to be immeasurably more than their diagnoses. The purpose of this program is to develop an ongoing partnership with the foundation and the family, allowing the child to recognize the power in their potential and their passion. We do this by teaming up with our Overcomer and a caregiver, developing an individualized plan for opportunities and facilitating fun experiences. Our multidimensional services provide support while promoting physical, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual development. IamMore is committed to creativity and inclusion. We believe that all children deserve an opportunity to live their passion, no matter their circumstance. 

To be eligible for this program, applicants must be between the ages of 6 to 18 and have a diagnosis of a chronic illness or physical disability.
